In 2003, we borrowed a Volkswagen Vanagon and toured Oregon and Washington for 10 days. We love traveling by camper, and have since started restoration of a GMC Motorhome, which should allow carrying more camera equipment. This trip was limited by what we could carry through airports. It was our first trip when time permitted some exploration beyond the boundary of Seattle or Portland. We will go back. Click on images to enlarge. Photos uploaded April 4, 2005.

The field of view, looking south, is 180 degrees, from west to east. As is usually the case (except for the above image), Mount Rainier was in clouds. Behind the camera, the panorama would have consisted of clouds and cars (the image was taken from the Visitor Center parking lot).
